Senior Spotlight: Joseph Davis
Joseph Davis, senior, plans to attend North Carolina A&T State University for four years to study criminal justice to become a detective for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
“I am ready and extremely excited about graduation because I am tired of high school. I am ready for some new adventures,” he said.
Davis will, however, miss some aspects of Chatham High school: sports and the pretty girls.
Joseph said, “I will stay in contact with close friends because I want to see how everyone is doing. My best memories are about almost winning State championship in basketball last year. The hardest times were the unpredictable ones; I was such an outgoing person, a lot of stuff happened out of no where. I have no regrets because everything happens for a reason, and it is just a part of your destiny.”
“My advice for underclassmen is to stay focused and enjoy your time while you’re here because it comes fast.”
