What things can you do to make your day better?

People have different coping methods to make their days better. Kayla Reamey said, “I like to write my feelings in a journal.”

Madison Thompson said, “Coloring helps me a lot when I’m sad”.

Some people need to stay busy if they have a bad day; they need to be occupied constantly.

Caraline Lawrence said, “I like listening to music; it helps me get in a better mood.” Blaine Adkerson agrees, “I listen to music to ignore my problems.”
