Four Spring Date Ideas

Spring has sprung! As the weather warms up, outdoor dates become appealing.

Stargazing

Lying under the stars with your partner on a warm night makes a wonderful, relaxing evening. If you have a truck, you could lay blankets in the bed of the truck in order to make things more comfortable. If you do not have a truck, you could always place blankets directly on the grass.

Go on a hike

Hiking to see wildlife and plants can make a peaceful date. You and your partner could go on a nature trail at a local park or drive somewhere nearby. Blue Ridge Parkway has many different trails and sites to see.

Volunteer at a local shelter

Volunteering at a shelter may seem like an odd date, but if your partner is an animal lover, they’ll be sure to enjoy it. Playing with kittens or puppies, helping disabled pets, etc., can be fun and rewarding.

Bake Muffins

Baking muffins is a fun and rewarding way to bond with your significant other. You can buy muffin mix for around $3 or less. You can also make muffins from scratch. Berry muffins would be great for this time of year.
