Superbowl: Chiefs vs Eagles
Football fans at CHS are counting down the days to watch the Chiefs and Eagles head to head this Superbowl.
The NFL will have its fifty-seventh annual Superbowl February 12th. The game will be held at 6:30 p.m. ET at the State Farm stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Starting off with the National Anthem, performed by the eighth time grammy winner Chris Stapleton, is then followed by the two teams tossing a coin to see who will receive the ball first.
This year famous R&B singer, Rihanna, will perform during the half-time show.
Students have a variety of ways to celebrate their teams.
” I will be watching the Superbowl at a party; I will be cheering on the Eagles this game because I think they are a better team,” said Austin Smith, senior.
“I will most likely watch the game this year. My plan is to watch the game at a local bar,” said Ryan Minter, senior. “I do enjoy the half-time show, I love Rihanna’s big forehead,” Ryan added.
“I plan on having a superbowl party this year, and I will be cheering for the Chiefs, I like Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid,” said Coach Chase Hall.
“I will be cheering for the Chiefs because I like Patrick Mahomes,” said Jaden Breedlove, sophomore. ” I will also watch the half-time show. Who wouldn’t like Rihanna?” added Jaden.
