Students and staff are celebrating Christmas early with a Christmas Spirit Week.
Monday’s spirit day theme was Holiday Glow Up. Students and teachers wore Christmas themed light-up accessories. Not many individuals dressed up that day, but many teachers showed their spirit with light up headbands and necklaces to show spirit.
“I didn’t see as many outfits as I wanted to see, but I showed my Christmas spirit with my light up headband,” Mrs. Tara Stafford, science department, said.
On Tuesday’s spirit day, students wore their best camouflage. Lots of students came dressed in all kinds of different camouflage.
On Wednesday’s Spirit Day: Christmas Vacation/Hawaiian Day, a couple students dressed up in their best vacation outfits. The outfits were very detailed and fit the theme well.
Thursday’s Sweat-er Day was even better than the other days because lots of students came dressed in everyday sweaters, sweatshirts and sweatpants. This was one of the easier days for students because students wear these clothing items almost everyday.
“I love wearing comfortable clothes so I especially loved this spirit day the most,” Zakayah Mansfield, sophomore, said.
