Lockers: Love Them or Hate Them

Students often don’t use their lockers anymore like they did in middle school.

“It is inconvenient to go to my locker between every class,” Harlie Brooks, sophomore said, “I don’t use my locker, because it’s not efficient. I can still carry all my stuff one at a time and I can get to class on time,” Brooks said. “Students can get distracted by the things in their backpack,” Brooks said.

Another student agrees with Brookses’ opinion on lockers.

“My locker is far away from all my classes, and it’s too time consuming to get my stuff,” Jayla Millner, sophomore said. “Going to our lockers can make us late to classes,” Millner said. “”Some pros are that you can have more time to get to class and you will have your stuff already prepared for class,” Millner said. “Cons are that your bookbag can hurt your back and shoulders from carrying it all day.”
