Students are excited about Spirit Week and have offered some new ideas for dress-up days.
“I like the idea of the USA theme for one of the days,” Autumn Cassell, senior, said. “I really hope they don’t do another Hawaiian theme. It feels like we do that every year,” Cassell said.
“We should do a pajama day. We used to do it all the time in middle and elementary school,” Madison Swanson, Senior, said. “I also think they should do a few easier days so people don’t have to go out and buy a bunch of stuff to participate; then there would be a lot more people participating,” Swanson said.
“I would like to do a day where people dress up as if they are in fraternity or sorority. I think it would be really funny to watch all the creative ideas people come up with. I also like the idea of ‘Anything But a Backpack Day.’ Several other schools in our county have done it, and it looks like a lot of fun and it would be funny,” Mary Ross, senior, said.
“I think we should do a day where upperclassmen dress up as old people and the underclassmen dress up as babies. It would also be a good idea to do a day where we all dress up as superheroes. I am pretty sure we did that a few years ago, and it was a lot of fun,” Hannah Wilson, senior, said.
