Bashing the school lunch is a popular past time every year.
The breakfasts and lunches are provided free of charge to all students, which is a great perk.
The complaints about volume and variety are steady, however, in spite of not having to pay for it.
“I think it’s not enough food, but it’s okay, overall,” Aamira Stanfield, senior, said. “I think we should have chips and just snacks.”
Other students don’t like that there are few choices. Most would like more chicken and rice, they said.
“I personally think there should be more food options, Braylon Logan, junior, said.
“It’s okay, they just need to have more options,” Semiyah Royal, senior, said.
“I think we need more fried food,” Quintavia, junior, said.
“I think we need more of the chicken and rice meal,” Logan, junior, said.
“We most definitely need more of the chicken and rice,” Royal, senior, said.
“”I think the food is decent, Faith Oakes, senior, said. “We need more of mac and cheese; it’s so good.”
Students also think there should be more variety of snacks different foods.
“I think we need cookies, chips, basically just small snacks,” Stanfield, senior, said.
“We need to start having wings and just variety of snacks,” Quintavia, junior, said.
“I think we should have pizza rolls, and curly fries,” Logan, junior, said.
” We need variety of snacks and just small restaurant meals like McDonalds, Chick-Fil-A and more,” Royal, senior said.
“I think we need spaghetti, pasta, and different types of beef,” Faith, senior, said.
