Recently, students and staff were given the opportunity to express what they where they grateful for on a poster created by Mrs. Brandy Durham, art teacher, and the club: Cavalier Minds Matter.
The poster is enormous, and Grateful is deliberately misspelled “Great”ful so that people will realize how greatly they are blessed.
Everyone at school is encouraged to write what they are grateful for on one of the paper pumpkins provided.

“My Bible and my friends.”
“I’m thankful for my boyfriend.”
“My mother.”
“Jesus.”
“My mommy and my home girls.”
