As Christmas comes around students love to get in the “jolly” mood!
“I love when Christmas time comes around,” Anardia Harris, junior, said. “People simply get in better spirits knowing they’re getting gifts.”
“Christmas excites me because of the festive colors,” Johanna Witcher, senior, said. “Green and red are also two of my favorite colors.”
“Every time Christmas comes around, I get excited because my family and I go out of town,” Aamira Stansfield, senior, said. “We go to places like New York or Tennessee almost every year.”
“When I think about Christmas, I automatically start smiling,” Kajayla Giggetts, junior, said. “I think about the Christmas music, food, family, and gifts.”
“My favorite thing about Christmas is the food,” X’ence Rodgers, senior, said. “I eat a lot of food just like I did on Thanksgiving Day.”
“I love Christmas time because the whole town of Chatham is lit up with lights,” Semiyah Royal, senior, said. “The Christmas lights give me such a nostalgic vibe.”
