Spring break is a well-deserved break/vacation for administration and students.
The break is a time of the year for young people and working teachers to have freedom and relaxation.
Many individuals travel, spend time with distant families, or simply take time to unwind.
“The best thing about spring break is not being in school and because I get to spend more time with my boyfriend,” Anardia Harris, junior, said.

“I enjoy spring break the most because I get to spend time with my mom,” Owen Hyatt, freshman, said. “I like being around her whenever I can because I don’t get to see her a lot.”
Bonding with others is something many people cherish.
“My plan for spring break is going to my mother’s house to eat all her food because I’m always hungry,” Jacob Robertson, freshman, said.
“I plan to study military things for JROTC because I’m behind on what I need to know for next year, and I’m going to try to find a side job because I’ll have a lot of extra free time,” Ethan Jacobs, sophomore, said.
Throughout spring break people enjoy traveling as well.
“I enjoy going on trips during the break; the most common place I go is to my basketball tournaments in North Carolina and many other places,” Allana Plummer, freshman, said.
“I’m going to the beach during spring break just to have fun and spend time with my family and friends,” Javion Webb, freshman, said.
“I will be going to Tennessee during the break to visit my dad because he lives there, and I haven’t visited in a while,” Marley Driggers, sophomore, said.
