A Minecraft Movie is the biggest, highest-grossing movie of the year, and the second highest-grossing film of all time.
The movie was released earlier this month and has since become a fan favorite.
The story of Natalie and Henry unfolds as they move to a new town and discover a portal which leads them to the magical “Overworld” of Minecraft.
Students have overwhelmingly positive reviews which defies the 46% Rotten Tomatoes gave the movie.
“It was a horrible movie, but I think it was good because of the memes,” Alex Smotherman, senior, said. “I don’t think it was overhyped. The memes were amazing.”
“It was a ten out of ten. Everyone should watch it,” Rowan Erickson, junior, said.
“I would rate it a ten-out-of-ten because Jason Momoa was in it,” Alana Plummer, freshman, said. “I think it had the right amount of hype. I would rewatch it.”
A Minecraft Movie is in theaters now.
