This week’s Senior Spotlight is Ashley Gonzalez Espinoza.
Every week, I will shine a light on a special senior.
“Yes, I am so ready to graduate,” said Espinoza, “because I am tired of doing school work, and I am ready to start my career path.”
“I chose the career path of cosmetology because ever since I was little and playing with Barbie dolls and doing their hair, I knew that was exactly what I wanted to do when I got older,” said Espinoza.
“After I graduate I plan to start doing hair and nails at a salon,” said Espinoza.
Ashley has fun memories of her years at CHS.
“My favorite memory from high school is when Allison and I got BMC in Mr. Brown’s class sophomore year,” said Espinoza. “He said we were defiant.”
In her free time outside of school, she enjoys playing the video game Roblox with her friends.
“My advice for underclassmen is to not overthink everything, and enjoy it while it lasts, because it will fly by so fast.”
