
Halloween is an important day for young people to enjoy themselves.
“Halloween is the best excuse to hangout with my friends, dress up, and forget about homework for a while,” Ethan Pool, junior, said.
“Everyone gets so creative with their costumes and decorations; it’s really a chance for everyone to show their personality,” Kylee Taylor, junior, said.
“Halloween lets me step away from all the stress on my mind from school or my personal life,” Hunter Driggers, sophomore, said. “It is over all a special day to just enjoy every moment in.”
Students have plans for Halloween.
“I’m going trick or treating with my friends one last time before we graduate, just for fun,” Gabriel Gregory, senior, said.
“My friends are coming to my house so we can watch scary movies; we will have snacks and so much fun,” Zariya Moon, sophomore, said.
“I am going to the haunted house in Blairs with my boyfriend; we are really excited, but I’m a little nervous,” Marley Driggers, junior, said. “I know it’s all fake though so that makes me feel better.”
“My friends and I are dressing up as cheetahs and we are going to a Halloween party one of our friends is hosting. We’ve been waiting for this for weeks,” Alanee Gregory, senior, sa
