The Lady Cavs basketball team lost against Radford High School in the Regional semifinals game at Roanoke College.

The Lady Cavs went into the game the number one seed in the region; they were also number one seed in the district going into the game.

The game was very close at the beginning; it was a back and forth game.

The Lady Cavs got down in the second quarter and just couldn’t fight back to get in the game. After that, Radford High School was up by 20 points at the end of the second quarter going into halftime.

They fought to comeback but just couldn’t stop Radford High School.

The Lady Cavs had a very great season this year, finishing the season 16-3 overall and still undefeated in the district.
