The Lovely Bones is a movie about the brutal rape and killing of  Susie Salmon.

She goes into the in between (the place between heaven and earth), where she watches the aftermath of her murder unfold.

I loved this movie so much, because this movie was interesting and kept me on my toes but also had me emotional.

The acting was top tier. I can watch this movie a hundred times and know what happens and still cry. I would rate this movie a 10/10. I rate it that because it had a lot of moments that had me clueless as to what was to happen next.

My favorite scene of this movie would be when she transferred her spirit into another girl’s body, and she  had her first kiss with the boy she liked after she died. This was my favorite scene because I loved how she got to have that one moment that her killer took from her.

I would definitely recommend this movie to others.

There was not a scene I did not like except for him killing her. I  learned a lot from this movie.

“I was here for a moment, and then I was gone,” Susie said at the end of the movie.

I learned that life really is short, and we should all cherish the moments we have.
