Journal what you’re feeling: Journaling can be a good way to let kept-in emotions out; writing is a good way to de-stress.
Read a new book: Opening a new book, whether a romance, mystery, or whatever, can be quite relaxing and allow you into a completely new world.
Drink more water: Hydrating is a good way to keep oneself healthy physically and mentally; drinking some water everyday is a good habit.
Go outside and get some fresh air: Breathing some simple, fresh air can have a calming effect. Getting outdoors is a very good idea.
Write a list of all the things you love about yourself: Find things that you like about yourself, and write them down. It boosts your confidence.
Take a much-needed nap: Extra sleep and may possibly give you more energy throughout the day.
Treat yourself: Treats vary by personalities; some may enjoy a movie they’ve been wanting to see for forever; others may treat themselves to a fancy restaurant down the street; or maybe buy that jacket that they saw in the mall last week.
