Christmas is a great time when people come together as friends and family.

“On Christmas my family and I open presents, and eat a nice meal,”  Lily Scarce,, junior,  said.

Christmas is full of beautiful decorations and trees. People get to spend time with their families sharing laughs, buying gifts, and watching movies. Christmas is one of the most popular holidays in the United States.

“On Christmas, my family and I usually visit my grandma’s and open all of our gifts with her,” Shara Clark, sophomore, said.

“On Christmas, I open presents at my house and at my grandma’s house; and we all enjoy a big meal together,” Takira Fitzgerald, sophomore, said.

The holidays are all about celebrating the values that bring us together in life, such as friends and family. Christmas is a celebration, and not always about exchanging gifts, but it reminds us of the importance of giving and sharing with friends and family.
