Ja’bria Williams is a freshman who played on the girls varsity basketball team.
She has two siblings, both sisters; she’s the oldest. “I love being a big sister and just being there for my younger sisters,” Williams said.
“My motivation in life is pleasing God; He gives me a sense of hope, and peace of mind in hard times.”
“I want to hit my 1,000 points my junior year, Williams said, “Basketball means a lot to me and for me to complete something like that means a lot. I want to major in nursing, so I can help others and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives,” Williams said.
“Losing the state quarterfinals… it taught me that just because things didn’t go your way, doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world,” Williams said.
Her favorite sports are basketball and flag football; she was second team in basketball and won two championships. In flag football she won the championship.
