Easter is full of family traditions.
Many include religious services.
“I celebrate Easter, and I celebrate it by going to sunrise service at church, then we have a regular church service, followed by family lunch/dinner,” Joy Hyler, sophomore, said. “An Easter tradition my family does is spending time together and celebrating the Resurrection, and an Easter family tradition we do is mostly spend time together.”
“My family and I celebrate Easter; I go to church and then after I spend time with family after,” Alyssa Oakes, freshman, said. “An Easter tradition I like celebrating is the resurrection of Jesus, and something my family does is spend time together.
“For Easter my family and I go to church, then we cook a big meal, and we do a huge Easter egg hunt after,” Jaiden Lipford, senior, said. “On the day of Easter, my family and I follow Easter traditions by doing egg hunts and having a big family gathering, For our Easter family traditions we spend time together while I help them cook.”
“For Easter I go to church to have service then I go to my grandparents to have lunch,” Emily Hankins, senior, said. “I like celebrating Easter traditions by having a big meal with my family, and then for our family Easter traditions we just hand out gifts to one another.”
“My family and I typically celebrate Easter by going to church, and then after we cook a meal for the whole family,” Mia Popolo, freshman, said. “We celebrate Easter traditions by having an egg hunt with my brother and my cousins, and then after we bake a cake. Our family traditions are just hanging out with each other.”
