Senior Spotlight: Olivia Leftwich

Olivia Leftwich and Allye Brown, seniors, enjoy hot chocolate at a CHS football game.

Olivia Leftwich is in this week’s senior spotlight.

She is on the varsity cheerleading team and has been cheering for two years.

Olivia has a job at Journey’s in the mall and really enjoys working there. “My favorite thing to do outside of school is to go to work,” said Leftwich.

When she is off work, she babysits and dog sits whenever she can. “During the summer I like to go to the pool and get a tan,” said Leftwich.

Olivia enjoys yearbook class. “I love yearbook because I get to leave school [to sell ads] during the day,” she said.

She will miss high school. “I loved getting the opportunity to do pep rally with my best friend, Allye,” said Leftwich. “Another thing I will miss about high school is the teachers I had,” said Leftwich.

Olivia already has a plan for after she graduates and is excited to begin her journey. “After high school I plan to attend Averett University to major in biology and become a pharmacist,” she said.
