Happiness is found in life’s simple moments.
“When I’m upset I try to breathe and walk away to calm myself down,” Mr. Williams, science department, said. “If I could change one feeling it would have to be anxiousness, because there’s nothing worth being stressed over.
“The activities that bring me joy are hanging out with my family, friends, playing games and/or going outside to chop down wood,” Williams said. “I think success is based on what makes you happy and makes you stress free. “I think happiness is when life is chill and you can let go and be free of your problems.
“The last time that I felt happy was when I finished my masters degree and got married,” Williams said.
People have different methods to handling their feelings.
“When I’m upset, I just bottle it up inside,” Mr. Burton, PE Coach, said. “If I could change one feeling it would be sadness or grief because I have struggled with them most.
“Lifting weights and being around my friends and my family makes me happy,” Burton said. “Doing something meaningful makes me happy. The last time I was happy was yesterday because it was a worry free day. My definition of happiness is being filled with joy by my family and friends.”
“When I’m upset I sleep so that I feel better,” Tashayla Miller said. “If I could change one feeling I would change sadness because no one likes to feel sad.”
