Many students get their first car in high school.
For a first car, BMWs are a popular choice.
“For my first car, I want a BMW,” Jaysean Barley, freshman, said. “A BMW is expensive, but the most expensive part about it is the maintenance. I want it to be black because black is my favorite color. The model type I dream of getting is the I8, because of the butterfly doors that make the car stand out.”
“I would like a BMW,” Joshua King, freshman, said. “A BMW M2 is the exact model car I want. It has an advanced driver assistance system and 473 horsepower. I want it to be red; it reminds me of my grandma who passed away.”
Some students want cars that stand out from others.
“I want a Dodge Charger as my first car,” Loren Witcher, sophomore, said. “Chargers are fast and good-looking, and that’s what makes me want one. I want it to be a green 797 SRT Redeye Hellcat so it can stand out.”
Others want cars that are cheaper but comfortable.
“I just want a Honda Pilot,” Nadia Rigney, freshman, said. “They are comfortable, cheaper, and offer a lot of space. I would want it to be purple; it’s my favorite color, and the color just makes me happy.”
“A Kia K5 is on the top of my list,” Mia Popolo, freshman, said. “I like the way they look, drive and how they aren’t too expensive. I want it to be black and have a red interior.”
