Students love Thanksgiving.
Many people think that Thanksgiving is only about lots of delicious food, but not everyone thinks that is the case.
“Thanksgiving is more of just a holiday for me,”Jabria Williams, freshman, said. “It’s about creating memories with the ones you love the most and sharing traditions.”
There are lots of different traditions celebrated on Thanksgiving.
“My favorite Thanksgiving tradition would be gathering around for a meal with my loved ones and watching football games,” Williams said. “I celebrate Thanksgiving with my family and friends. Spending time together builds a deeper connection between me and my family.
“At my house for Thanksgiving there is a wide variety of food I can choose from,” Williams said. ” One dish that I am looking forward to would be the yams and mac and cheese. This year I am thankful for a lot of things. I am most thankful for the continued love and support from my family.”
