Some students have friendships that are inseparable throughout life.
Sydney Moss and Hannah Talbard won the senior superlative of the best female duo.
Moss’s and Talbard’s friendship started at the age two.
”We became friends through daycare,” said Talbard. “I vaguely remember Sydney’s curly blonde hair.”
”I remember that I saw Hannah playing with Barbie dolls at daycare and I wanted to join,” said Moss.
Their relationship bonded tightly ever since.
Moss and Talbard have been best friends for about 16 years now.
They continue to love each other the same.
”If I had to find three words to describe Hannah, I would use the words passionate, caring, and confident,” said Moss. “She has never once let me down in the 16 years that we have been friends, and she’s always there when I need her. That’s what I’ve always wanted in a friend.”
”Three words to describe Sydney would be sweet, thoughtful, and selfless,” said Talbard. “Sydney is a friend that I can count on in any instant. The time and effort she puts in this friendship never goes unnoticed. I believe that she would put me before herself in many incidents. That’s just how unselfish she is.”
Although this friendship is strong, they still have things that bothers them that the other one does.
”Hannah smacks her gum very loudly,” said Moss. “She also has a tendency to interrupt my sentences.”
”I do not like when Sydney consistently says ‘bruh,’” said Talbard. “Sydney is too much of a Type A person.”
Their minor issues don’t ruin their friendship.
”I love how Sydney and I do mostly everything together,” said Talbard. “Sometimes Sydney talks entirely too much, and I feel like we have reached a flow state. It’s always a great time with Sydney.”
”Hannah’s random goofy outbursts are what keeps this friendship alive,” said Moss. “There is never a dull moment with Hannah and I. I can truly say that I have found my platonic soulmate.”
These two females exemplify a type of friendship that will never end.
