Decision Day is coming up soon as CHS students prepare to commit to a school.
All of the seniors are excited to graduate high school.
“I’m very happy about decision day because I am ready to play the water activities and different things,” Esirah Scott, senior, said. “I’m excited to see where everyone’s going. I plan to attend Virginia Commonwealth University in the fall.”
“I’m ready to spend time with my friends for the last time before we split away from each other,” Kajayla Giggetts, senior, said. “I am excited to tie dye my shirt and see where different people are going. I’m most thrilled about going to college. I will be attending Mary Baldwin University, but first I’m going to Danville Community College for two years.”
“I’m happy for decision day, but I’m most excited for the food,” Zaniah Bridgeforth, senior, said. “I do hope everyone enjoys themselves though. I can’t wait to see what college everyone chooses. I am committed to Old Dominion University.”
Most students are thrilled about the games that are going to be there. They are ecstatic for the water games but the students are just happy to just enjoy one another’s company for the last few weeks of school.
“I feel very excited for decision day,” Jaiden Lipford, senior, said. “I’m happy about the different games that are going to be played; I really can’t wait to play the water games and the water balloon fight because it’s my favorite of all time.”
“I’m very happy to enjoy my last few weeks with my friends and doing something fun,” Anaysia Redd, senior, said. “Honestly, I’m ready to play in the water like a kid again. I’m stuck between two good colleges: Old Dominion University and Danville Community College.”
“I’m extremely excited for it and to see how the water games go,” Quintavia Witherspoon, senior, said. “I can’t wait to play all the different kinds of games that are going to be there. I’m glad to see how all my classmates have grown and are becoming someone new, and I look forward to seeing where everyone’s going and to see if I have any fellow classmates coming to Old Dominion University with me.”
