Hair color is a fun way to express yourself.
Some people choose fun bright colors for their hair.
“I like red as a hair color because it is my favorite color,” Jaiden Lipford, senior, said. “Although orange looks the best with my skin tone, I’d love to dye my hair neon green.”
On the other hand, some people just want a normal calm hair color.
“I think dirty blonde hair, almost brown, is one of my favorites because it just suits my style a lot,” Kloe Holley, sophomore, said. “I would really like a lighter blonde color, but not platinum; I just think it is so cute.”
Some people like their hair just the way it is.
“I honestly don’t think I would change my hair,” Lyla Shifflett, sophomore, said.”I like mine; it is dark brown very close to black but doesn’t reflect blue like black does; and it makes my freckles pop.”
“Hair color makes people happy to change their look,” Lipford, said. “It is the only part of your identity you can change with a $15 box of hair dye.”
