Most students have a favorite dessert that they love to eat.
“My favorite dessert is vanilla soft-serve ice cream,” Sara Carannante, freshman, said. “I love the way it is so soft that it seems to melt in my mouth. I normally get my ice cream at Bubba’s.”
“My favorite dessert is called chocolate thunder [from Outback],” Mia Popolo, freshman, said. “It is ice cream on top of a brownie with hot fudge.”
“My favorite dessert is vanilla frozen yogurt,” Katelyn Gatewood, freshman, said. “It has always been my favorite dessert, especially because it is so customizable.”
“My favorite dessert is chocolate chip cookies,” Tensley Davis, freshman, said. “I love how you can eat them warm or dip them in cold milk.”
There are a variety of places that students go to get their favorite desserts.
“I like the frozen yogurt at Di’lishi the best,” Katelyn Gatewood, freshman, said. “I also like the frozen yogurt at Sweet Frog.”
“I prefer homemade cookies over store-bought,” Tensley Davis, freshman, said. “I think making them myself always makes me like them even more.”
Some students also like to add toppings to their desserts.
“I like to add whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles to my ice cream,” Sara Carannante, freshman, said.
“I love to sprinkle some cheesecake bites and strawberries on top of my frozen yogurt,” Katelyn Gatewood, freshman, said.
