As seniors near the end of their high school careers, their futures are what most are alarmed about.
“I am afraid of failing after high school because I feel I would not have a purpose with not knowing what I will do with my life,” Cheyenne Nash, senior, said. “After college I am afraid that I will truly be on my own and fully independent [without help].”
“I have a plan to pursue nursing, but I am afraid I may not succeed.” Jayla Milner, senior, said.
“I am not going to be in a familiar environment which would be unusual and scary after high school,” Adrienne Slatoff, senior, said. “I am confident that my grades will stay in good standing and that I can graduate high school on time.”
“I do not have a backup plan fully prepared for me if my current career plan does not work after highschool,” Markayveon Martin, senior, said.
