Ice cream is a popular dessert among many students especially during summer.
Bubba’s is a popular ice cream shop in nearby Danville.
“Bubba’s is the best place to get ice cream,” Gia Garland, freshman, said. “My favorite ice cream [from there] is Cotton Candy Dippin Dots. If I could make my own flavor of ice cream, it would be Cotton Candy and Cookies ‘n Cream mixed.”
“I love to go to Bubba’s,” Jaysean Barley, freshman, said.”Cookies ‘n Cream ice cream is good but Cookies ‘n Cream milkshake is better. My dream ice cream to create would be blueberry with blueberry fruit chunks.”
“Bubba’s is my favorite ice cream shop,” Brayla Pickeral, freshman, said. “I always get a vanilla soft serve cone with rainbow sprinkles. An ice cream flavor I would make if I could, would be a Sweet ‘n Sour. It would be topped with sour powder then after you get past that it would get sweet.”
Vanilla is a favorite flavor of ice cream.
“Vanilla ice cream is the best flavor of all,” Mayte Cisneros-Quintero, freshman, said. ” I like to get my ice cream from Dairy Queen. I usually get a chocolate dipped vanilla ice cream cone. Strawberry and mango mixed would be my dream ice cream flavor to create.”
“My favorite flavor is vanilla,” Loren Witcher, sophomore, said. “Sweet Frog is my favorite place to get ice cream. Vanilla ice cream with Oreos, wet walnuts, and fruit poppers is a regular order for me. If I was to make my own ice cream, it would be a sugar cookie ice cream with sugar cookie chunks.”
Many students enjoy adding cookie dough bites to their ice cream.
“I love berry cheesecake ice cream,” Allana Plummer, sophomore, said. “I usually put my ice cream in a cone and put cookie dough bites on top. Cold Stone has some of the best ice cream I have ever had. If I were to ever make my own ice cream, it would be called Vanilla Blast. It would be a vanilla ice cream with Pop Rocks on top and inside.”
“The best ice cream is Cookie Dough,” Makayla Mayo, junior, said. ” I put cheesecake bites, rainbow sprinkles, and cookie dough bites. I love to get ice cream from Sweet Frog. Cheesecake Cookie Dough ice cream with whipped cream and cheesecake bites would be my dream ice cream to make.
