CHS boys held a Powder Puff Volleyball game with each grade competing against the other.

The seniors thought they did well.

“I thought it would be fun to play in the volleyball game,” Sam Burton, senior, said. “Being competitive with my classmates was one of my favorite parts of playing the game. As for how we played, I think we played okay.”

“The reason I wanted to play is because I thought it would be fun to play in the game and also my friends were doing it,” Ben Williams senior, said. “Being able to play with my friends was my favorite part of playing the game, I don’t think we did good enough.”

“I thought I would have a good time playing in the game,” William Anderson senior, said. “My favorite part of playing the game was that I was able to play a sport that I would never be able to play, and I think we played well.”

The juniors thought that they all did really well.

“I thought playing the game would be fun,” Jackson Phillippi junior said. “Beating the seniors was the best part about playing the game, and I think we played better than everybody else.”

“I wanted to play volleyball because I have never played it before,” Brenden Hedrick junior, said. “It was fun playing against everybody, and I think we played really well.”

“I wanted to play in the volleyball game because there’s not many guys who play the sport,” Khamri Robinson, junior, said “Playing with all my friends and getting a chance to experience volleyball was the best part of the game, and I think we did really well.”

The sophomores thought they played okay in the game.

“I thought it would be fun to play in the game,” Caleb Cassell sophomore, said. “Getting to hit the ball was the best part of playing the game, and I think I played well, but I don’t know about my teammates.”

“I wanted to play in the game because I wanted to wear the shorts,” Nathan Parris sophomore, said. “Being on a team with my best friends was the best part of playing the game, and I think we played great.”

“I think volleyball is fun so I wanted to play it,” Matt Falls sophomore, said. “Playing with my friends was the best part of playing the game, and I thought we played awful.”

Out of all of the grades, almost all the freshmen thought they didn’t do well.

“I thought it would be fun playing in the game,” Chace Adkins freshmen, said. “Spiking the ball was a really fun part of playing the game, but we didn’t play well.”

“I thought it would be fun to play,” Kevin Argueta freshmen, said. “Spiking the ball was fun, and I think we did all right.”

“I thought it would be fun to play in the game,” Aaron Riley freshmen, said. “Wearing my shiesty was the best part of playing the game, and I thought we did terrible.” A shiesty is similar to a ski mask.
