1. Sat.,  May 6: Coates Recreation Center will be holding a flower pot painting. Cost: Free.
2. Sat.,  May 6, the 100 Mile Yard Sale starts at 9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at 530 Monroe St. Danville.
3. Fri.-Sun., May 19-21:  Danville Festival in the Park weekend event will be held in Ballou Park . There will be a DJ and karaoke, Wiz of OZ performance, and other fun activities for all ages. Cost: Free; Wristbands for Rides: $20.
4. Starting Tues., June 6, Georgia Theatre Company will feature a 2023 summer kids’ show series. Admission is only $2 with $2 drinks, and $2 popcorn. The event runs through summer.
5. Sat., May 20, 3-5 p.m.: Sweet Success is an event for all people with special needs and physically challenged in the Danville Mall upper level food court. Seating is limited. Register at www.wstsinc.org.
